This was my very first wedding cake and was made for my neighbours wedding this weekend. It is based on a design by Tami Utley – many thanks to her for her kind permission in using it.
The tiers were 12" dummy, 10" raspberry ripple, 8" lemon with lemon curd filling and 6" gluten free vanilla. The topper was sugar Cala lilies with paper covered wire that I shaped into the fan shape.
