Loved this wedding cake for a number of reasons. The colors were happy but still great for any “almost fall” September wedding. These where my first gum paste sunflowers. The middle tier was a decoupage technique using hand painted wafer paper. The bottom and top tiers were buttercream iced and piped with Swiss dots(another first)
