I was delighted to be asked to take part in this Irish collaboration. Known collectively as Spirited Away, it’s a celebration of the famous works of Studio Ghibli. My piece is Yubaba from the movie Spirited Away. I just fell in love with her large and quiet grotesque face and had to try and recreate it in sugar.
