For My Art Teacher

This cake was made for a wonderful woman who taught me when I was younger. The cake was chocolate fudge with rich chocolate buttercream on the bottom and french vanilla sponge cake with a pastry cream filling on top. All decor was made with gum paste and fondant. TFL!
