This cake was frosted in all buttercream and the boarders are also BC. Fresh flowers I placed on the cake in purple shades and white. the bride had a topper in silver. I cut out white fondant dots in varying sizes, then sprayed gold, given some time to dry. I then put a dab of water on the back of each dot and hand placed them on the cake. *we also catered the buffet dinner meal for this weekend held at a beautiful lake location in my area under a tent. Yes I cooked for 130 along with cakes this weekend and several other caterings I prepared for 3 days in mid week for over 100 each day. A very busy week! Now I can breath. :)
