Pork Pie with Eyes!

This was ordered by colleagues of the gentleman who was retiring. They asked for a ‘Pork Pie with eyes’ as this is what they fondly (I hope) call him!
The cake was a 6" Vanilla sponge with Raspberry Conserve and Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream.
