“A Cup of Tea”…..“And a Good Book”….my wish for a lovey retirement…
Made for my sis-in-law’s surprise retirement party. Cake is a almond orange sponge. Covered in orange/lemon flavoured white chocolate ganache, coloured blue and lemon flavoured white chocolate buttercream. Silver lustre dust painted on the buttercream, tea cup and butterfly. Yellow gumpaste plaque. Torted with homemade lemon curd. Topped with a blue wafer paper tea cup and Black Eyed Susan daisies….which proliferate Jan’s garden.
