Hello everyone, so sorry I’ve been MIA for some time, it has been crazy busy here.
This is one of my most recent cakes and was quite a challenge as I’m not very good at piping. My first attempt at piping a basket weave design, foliage and chrysanthemums using buttercream. Lots of room for improvement but I’m really pleased with how it turned out. Thanks to the Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes and their book The Contemporary Buttercream Bible :)
