Ive always been fascinated by Mosaic so when this client mentioned that her daughter loved swimming …I asked if I could make her a swimming pool cake ! She wasnt expecting the mosaic and was thrilled with the result. I made the frangipanis we find around our pool in the mosaic… as well as in gumpaste to put on the side…..it was a fun cake to make inspite of doing it practically overnight !
