This cake was made for a lady who was celebrating her 70th Birthday. She loved the Scottish countryside so I was asked to depict this around the sides of the cake. I did this by custom making an acetate stencil which I use to airbrush a conifer background, against which I hand painted pheasants, deer and foreground foliage.

The cake was topped with her six grandchildren and two black labradors which were hand sculpted from a combination of modelling chocolate and sugarpaste. It was a bit of a squeeze to get them all on the 6" board!
