The brief was “pink, green and flowers” the rest was left to me. Jill’s mum didn’t want a fuss for her retirement, but Jill wanted to mark the occasion and asked for a little cake celebrate. I am still on a steep learning curve re sugar flowers and cake lace remains my bête noire, even these small pieces refused to behave for me. However, I did like the overall pretty end result.
