This cake was made for Isabelle who is turning 4. I had very strict instructions from the birthday girl that the castle needed to be NOT like Queen Elsa’s castle in Frozen, but like a princesses castle, but with white and blue colours :) The castle design that was used for this cake was inspired by one of the gorgeous McGreevy princess castle cake designs. Of course Anna and Elsa had to be featured on the cake too, so I made them from gumpaste.

This glittering castle measures approx 50cm / 19 inches high and caters for around 50 party size / 100 coffee size portions
