Made for Josh’s 10th birthday, he loves and lives cricket! Vanilla sponge, carved and torted with vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve then covered in fondant. Ball is made from RKT’s dipped in chocolate and covered in red fondant and then stitching has been applied, finished with edible glaze to give the polished finish. All placed on a 20" long board!
