This cake was made to celebrate a ladies 30th birthday. Ordered by her husband to surprise her on a romantic city break, it survived a 4hr train journey and a trip across the city to be presented to her as a surprise in a restaurant, after their meal. I was so pleased to hear that he got to her safely!
