An eight inch square Devil’s Food Cake (6 layers) filled with, Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache, then iced all in vanilla buttercream and piped with gray buttercream icing. (wire on trap)
The crabs were formed with a First Impressions Mold, then hand dusted with petal dust for a more realistic look. The eyes were hand painted. Gumpaste sea grass and white chocolate and milk chocolate marbled seashells finish the scene.
This was for a Groom’s Cake. Fun Stuff!
