It's Thomas....The Tank Engine....Choo Choo

My first Thomas the Tank Engine cake and I got to make him in 3D. He was carved from a 9" square sponge cake and covered on white chocolate ganache before decorated. It’s amazing how something that looks so simple took so much time! I guess lack of planning didn’t help!
