A Beautiful Quinceanera

It was an honor to make this cake for a beautiful Quinceanera. Her cake was inspired by her beautiful gown by designer Adan Terriquez.

The cake was for 350 guests. The main cake was 4 tiers, 9”, 12”, 14” & 16”. The two side cakes were 8×3 double barrels. The tiara and flowers are fondant. The flowers are wired.

Flavors were Red Velvet w/cream cheese buttercream, Chocolate w/ dulce de leche and mocha filling & Strawberry w/whipped icing and strawberry glaze made from fresh strawberries.
