I always enjoy a challenge and I REALLYenjoyed making these little pork pie cakes with their sugar paste tomato & spring onion to garnish! Vanilla sponges filled with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream. I don’t mind admitting to a little victory dance when I finished the cakes!
