I was asked to make a New York Skyline cake for Megan who is celebrating her 21st Birthday and plans a trip to New York as part of her celebrations. I was shown a few pictures from pintrest and google but I have tried to make it in my own style. I used edible images to make the skyscrapers look as neat and tidy as possible . Bottom tier is chocolate cake and the top tier is lemon.
