Hi, I'm Lisa, by day I am an Ophthalmic Nurse Practitioner, by night and weekends I am a cake decorator. My love of cake decorating began when my now teenagers were young and I made their birthday cakes. I then went on to attend sugarcraft evening classes at our local college and now I think I am addicted. I live in a converted manor house and I bake in my home kitchen, which is where the old manor house bakery was born after many of my friends and family encouraging me to give it a go. I have now progressed from birthday and anniversary cakes to wedding cakes and I love every minute of my cake decorating journey.
