My customer asked me if i could design her a charleston themed cake for a hen party.

I made her two designs and i wish she had picked the other one but she couldnt afford the bigger one :(

She went with this design and i have to say i had so much fun doing it!

The mask and feathers are edible.

The feathers were done with wafer paper and each one painstakingly cut out and feathered! The mask is made from fondant with a little tylose added.
