This cake has nothing special, but I really enjoyed making it.
I’m very proud about the result, specially because this is the hotest summer in Spain ever!!!! Working with cakes, fondant, ganache, buttercream when it’s like 45ºC (115ºF) it’s a nightmare.
So it turned out pretty well, I believe.
