A large carved cake, the head and shoulders made from RKT and the body and legs in Sponge. The wings are made from gelatine. The customer was so excited to give this to her daughter for her 21st. Unfortunately the restaurant where this was delivered ruined the cake before it was even seen by the birthday girl and brought herout a disaster….I don’t know where they had stored it (probably in a fridge, then a hot humid kitchen, even after having been told by the customer storage instuctions) despite dowel support somehow the head was knocked off and then they tried to fix it and ruined the icing! What a disappointment for the customer!
