This cake is special for me in many ways…it was for a child who was one of my initial few clients in Singapore…it was my first Chess cake and also my 100th cake on CD ! I did not have the moulds for the chess pieces or the time to look for them so I handmoulded the pieces. I had no clue before I did this cake that I would like making patterns or have symmetry on a cake but I so so enjoyed it…surprise 😄…hope u like it ❤
