Made this cake for my nephew and his wife’s 30th anniversary which is the Pearl Anniversary.
10 inch tier is Italian cream with buttercream filling and the 6 inch tier is pink vanilla with strawberry jam filling, both covered with home made buttercream flavored marshmallow fondant. All the decorations are made of gum paste. For open shell cake topper I used a real shell I bought and used it as mold.
