Hello everyone, I’ve been a bit absent lately due to being back home in the UK for 8 weeks visiting family and friends. First day back home I got into the kitchen to try out the growing trend of buttercream flowers. Despite not being able to find the piping tip I wanted, I really enjoyed making these pretty flowers and so much quicker than fondant! I gave the cake, as a housewarming gift, to my son’s girlfriend who just moved into her first apartment. Hope you like it xxx
