A surprise anniversary cake from Paul to Tina who thinks he’s not a romantic person at all. He surprised her not only with this cake but a lovely picnic at Rutland Water with a bottle of Prosecco too! How sweet!
This is a 6" vanilla cake with homemade strawberry preserve. I used a carnation cutter to cut and make the ruffles.
