Jack is mad about space. He asked for a cake with a rocket and an astronaut, but other than that I was given free reign with the design… and I have wanted to make a space cake for AGES, so I really went to town! 8" of chocolate cake, 6" of vanilla cake, 15 planets, a large moon, a space rocket, an astronaut later and A LOT of airbrushing later… this was Jack’s Birthday cake. Such fun!
