I’ve eagerly been waiting to make this cake after I sketched it for the bride mid 2014. I have not done many mad hatters before, infact I think this is my 4th one to date so I’m very pleased with the outcome. The stripes took a good 4 hours to do, so make sure you have time :) The flowers are sugar and are Blue Galaxy Orchids. I over sprayed them ever so slightly but they fitted in at the reception very well…….Thanks for looking!
