I really enjoyed making this cake as sometimes something abit more traditional is a nice relief from gravity defying, experimental and carved cakes! The remit was a two tiered cake in lilac, pink and white with butterflies…..the client loved it. The bottom tier is a 12" fruit cake with a 10" sponge on top x
