This is the cake I made for the Sugar Myths and Fantasies collaboration, created by a group of talented sugar artists from around the world! I was so honored to be included in this group of amazing sugar artists.
The mermaid’s head was sculpted from modeling chocolate, her body is cake, the water is isomalt and her tail and bodice are wafer paper and gelatin sequins. Enjoy all of the artists and their work -
