When i was asked to make this cake the brief was a little teddy bear on a heart but’’ can i have a castle on it somewhere or a turret of some kind please ’’ !! mmmmm this is what i came up with and she was delighted !! It was for her boyfriend for their first year going out , they had gone to a castle for the first date !! How sweet !!! x The cake was a chocolate orange and the turret was rice crispy marshmellow structure ! x
