I made this for my brothers 40th, he’s not a huge icing fan but loves beer. So this vanilla and chocolate & ale layer cake ticked all the boxes. Covered in white chocolate ganache topped with meringue pops and kisses. Inspired by the amazing Katherine Sabbath of course.
