Rustic wedding cake made a couple of weeks ago – I enjoyed this for it’s simplicity, four tiers decorated with edible hessian and lace and topped off with some bunting, all designed to fit in with the brides overall decorative theme :)
From top to bottom: light fruit cake with golden marzipan, banana sponge with a whipped banana flavour buttercream, carrot cake with a cream cheese flavour buttercream and chocolate sponge with a chocolate buttercream.
