This was for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she wanted Elsa’s castle so I thought I’d try something new and make it from Isomalt. I had used it a couple of times before when adding water elements to a cake but never designed and built a structure. It was harder than I imagined as pieces spontaneously cracked, when trying to get the parts to stick it I added a blob of Isomalt that was too hot the piece cracked. Learnt loads, would be able to do it so much better next time but loved making it x
