This cake was part of the 6 day challenge for the North Texas Cake Show. It won second place. The theme was given 6 days before the show. This is my interpretation of Monets “Water Lillies”. The bottom tier is marbled fondant with “ACP” method used to give more depth. The flowers and leaves are all chocolate. Flower is wafer and is kinda weeping due to the tons of rain we got that week.
