Hi, I'm Michelle Nguyen Wong. My cake business starts 2 and a half years ago, when I saw Robert Haynes's sugar flowers on the Internet, I was amazed at his creations, since then I started to make sugar flowers, took a few basic lessons and gradually developed my own techniques. From that moment I never look back, always pushing myself for the challenge, and tried to create more realistic looking sugar flowers, but at the same time I also enjoy cake decorating.
Being a full time mother of three beautiful young children and a cake decorating business wasn't easy, had to keep everything in balance, but I'm just loving it.
