I had to do some research to find out what a Shopkins was! They are cute little things. Sugar Lump is the birthday girl’s favorite. I thought it would be so cute to do Sugar Lump in 3D, so this is a 9-inch-tall version, made of gluten free White chocolate mud cake, with white chocolate buttercream filling, & decorated in fondant & modeling chocolate, with wafer paper ruffles in the top.
