This was requested by a 9 year old who just wanted a rich chocolate cake in the shape of a cupcake. I had no mould and no time to hunt for one…so improvised by piping and then carving the ganache on the bottom half to look like the grooves. This lil one loves the colour blue…so I put varying shades of blue to please her….she told her friends that her mom was the greatest to have ordered such a pretty cake for her….lol …I was very pleased my cake made her moms day too ! The last photo shows the naked cake …with the grooves that took me hours to do 😀😰
