Here is a Rose cake I made for my Aunty’s 80th birthday yesterday. It is a white choc mud covered in white choc ganache with fondant petals and buds. Wafer paper was used for the leaves. We even managed to make it smell like a rose :-) It travelled 3 hours, in my lap, in the car, and it survived the trip!!
