A chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream Big Hero 6 cake. I was quietly super pleased with the way the fondant turned out on this cake – this is the first cake I have done where I have not had to add a ribbon trim around the bottom of the cake. The cake was covered in white fondant and then air brushed to achieve the gorgeous red. The character was made from white modelling chocolate. A simple cake but I hope you like it as much as I do.
