You know when you get an odd one, when they say I love drinking tea, I have a Horse and my garden is full of peonies…hot pink peonies! Designed to portray all in one cake without having to make a giant tea cup and in the colours that Sarah loves. All flowers are in Wafer paper for a more dainty/countryside look [also budget constrains] Horses are handpainted based on Chinese Horse Ink drawings and to top it all a sugar Tea Cup set with handmade macaroons. The middle tier is a whooping 30cm tall [my mistake, got distracted when torting , went too high] with Rose and Blueberries sponge followed by Earl Grey and Blackberries and the bottom tier is a Lemon and Raspberries silver painted.
