Every once in a while, you find an online class that is taught by an extremely talented cake artist and that allows you to learn and create something very special. Avalon Yarnes’ Superhero and Princess cakes tutorial on CakeMade ( https://www.cakemade.com/courses/12-princess-superhero-cakes?SSAID=901984) was just that class for me. It might not be perfect, but I am incredibly proud of this cake. It was so much fun to make!

The head is made from a vanilla cake and chocolate ganache covered in fondant. Details and the body was created with modelling chocolate. A flashing LED light was installed in his chest to create a great special effect that had everyone talking.
