This was my Cork Sugarcraft Competition entry for A Day at the Races. Was Highly Commended! Wanted to represent a woman who has ‘Horses on her mind’ and was biting her lip nervously hoping to win. This was chocolate cake and done all in modelling chocolate. Smelled great! Hope you like it!

Wow, wonderful!
Had to look for a while before I noticed the horses, I was looking at the 2nd picture……brilliant and unique!
I can almost smell all that chocolate from here! :-)
