To celebrate the 60th birthday of someone who adores lilacs, here’s another painted cake from a couple of weeks ago. The bluebells to the back of the cake are in memory of HER mum as it was her favourite flower.
This was a deep 6" chocolate cake, filled and undercoated with whipped ganache.
