A special birthday cake I did yesterday for a special lady. Alanna and her mom Valerie run a wonderful kitty rescue in Fort Bragg called Sweetpea’s Sanctuary. Sweetpea was the very special kitty who inspired them to start rescuing kitties. So this cake was also in celebration of her. Wafer paper quilling for the whiskers, hand painting, beautiful shimmery midnight purple cosmos and of course I had to put a few sweetpea flowers on there. I love how classy and elegant this cake turned out. Happy Birthday Alanna!!
