last week I was lucky enough to attend a Mary Torte workshop in Ireland,Ive followed Mary since I 1st discovered the world of cakes,and have always adored her models…..When I 1st learned of the workshop in Ireland I didn’t think twice about attending! Just to stand and watch Mary work was a amazing experience and I feel very lucky to have been one of her students….
