Hi everyone x this cake was really unusual in that the bride ( they were married abroad so this cake was for their blessing ) gave me colours that she wanted and said “do what you like” oh the terror !! After much thought this what I came up with . Simple but elegant ( I think ) as the bride is Italian the cake flavours were limoncello , ameretto , ferrero rocher also a choc orange and a fruit cake .
