I made this birthday cake for myself!!! It was vanilla cake with Strawberry White Chocolate filling and finished with chocolate ganache. The bottom tier is decorated with vertical hot pink fondant ruffles trimmed in silver. The middle tier is chocolate ganache painted with silver edible luster dust and decorated with a chalkboard style plaque. The top tier is decorated with strands of pearls and topped with a sugar peony!
