My little girls turned 3 this week and requested a Cat in the Hat cake. The cat got a bit lost against the background but I’m quite happy with my girls sitting on top of Thing 1 & Thing 2’s crate. They recognised themselves anyway!

Not only is this cake a celebration of another wonderful year with my monkeys but it also brings my “cake a month challenge” to a close! I have learned so much over the last 12 months and have been inspired by so many of you amazing cake artists.
